Idyllically situated  in the little hamlet Au in the middle of the beautiful Oetztal, you will find a quiet cozy "home away from home".
In the heart of the 65 kilometer long Oetztal Laengenfeld is located in a wide basin. In the summer Laengfeld is surrounded  by lush green meadows.

On 1200 meters above sea level you will discover picturesque landscapes and an oasis of recreation for body and mind. Laengenfeld ist the high-altitude stamina training center within the valley. 150km of signposted hiking trails, 80km of marked cycling and mountain biking paths, 114km of perfect running routes will offer you plenty of sports possibilities. And at Aqua Dome, Tirol's first year-round Thermal Spa Center, you can relax and unwind.
Laengenfeld is special for its smooth sourroudings. A place of recreation. Feel nature and it’s elements again, a source of energy and strength.

The "Haus Leo" is your ideal base to explore the valley - go for an easy walk, or hike. And if it's the adrinaline rush you seek: no problem - you will find your challenge, be it a glacier or ski tour or frozen waterfalls: we got them all. The cross country ski track starts right next to the house. And its just a two minute walk to the next bus stop to catch the ski bus to Soelen.
